U14-U17 Girls School Season Prep-Camp

Come get touches in and meet some of the club coaches for the 2024-2025 season!!

August 12: 4:30 - 7:00 PM - court 9
August 13: 4:30 - 7:00 PM - court 9
August 14: 6:30 - 9:00 PM - court 7
August 15: 6:30 - 9:00 PM - court 9

Location: Saville Community Sports Centre

Cost: $150 per player (includes a t-shirt and prizes!)

FOG Black U16 Girls Capture Bronze in Division 2 - Provincials

Congratulations to our FOG Black U16 team as they captured the bronze medal in Division 2 over the weekend, April 27-28, 2024 in Edmonton!

After finishing 2nd in their pool on Saturday, the FOG Black U16 team faced off in a tight match against the Panthers, where FOG won 2-1 and earned a spot on the championship side.

The team faced off against Nooks in the quarter-final round and won 2-0, but lost the semi-final match against SAC Grizzlies 2-1.

To earn the bronze, they once again played another tight match against DCV Smash. After losing the first set, the girls staged a comeback to win the second and third set to grab the bronze medal!

Congratulations ladies! A great way to end the Premier series in Alberta and prepare for Nationals at the end of May!

FOG Ice Capture Gold at U16 Provincials Division 5

FOG Ice worked hard this weekend and won the Women’s Div 5 U16 Provincials this past weekend.

FOG Ice finished in 1st place after pool play going undefeated (straight-set wins). They only lost one set throughout the whole tournament; the first set in the semi-finals vs SEAVC Rattlers Black, but bounced back to win the next two sets to advance to the finals. In the finals, they defeated the STAVC Saints for gold.

Erin McGowan (Right Side) and Emersyn Visser (Left side) were chosen as tournament All-Stars.
